講義目的・到達目標
Purpose
This course aims to encourage students to engage in previous research on business administration and to carry out theoretical research.

Intended Outcomes
Students will be able to write academic papers on human resources management.

講義内容・授業計画
Course Contents
The main contents of this seminar are organizational behavior and human resource management. We conduct a survey and research for each student to write an academic paper .

Course Schedule
1. Introduction
2-10.
Each student will research the research topic regarding human resouce management and organizational behavior, existing literature, and discuss and set research questions.
As part of the process, discussion will be held on the contribution of the existing literature, remaining issues, and their relationship to their own research topics.
11-14. Presentation on research and receiving feedback.
15. Summary

We will recommend the literature as appropriate according to the interests of each student.

Supplementary articles and materials are provided in the seminar, as appropriate.

アクティブ・ラーニングの内容
Through discussions in the seminar as a whole, I will support the students in their theoretical analysis and consideration. Also, to encourage students to view things logically, from multiple perspectives, and objectively.
成績評価の基準・方法

Grading System
Give credits with the grades ranging from “S” to “D,” based on the achieved capabilities referred to in “Purpose" & "Intended Outcomes” in this syllabus.

Evaluation of elements
・ Contribution in discussions and presentations: 50%
・ End-of-term essay: 50%

課題・試験結果の開示方法
Feedback on the reports from the exercise will be provided through discussion by the participants and comments from the academic supevisor.
履修上の注意・履修要件
All of the students should have an interview with the instructor in advance to avoid a mismatch or unfit between the student's interests and what we are doing in the exercise and to hold a better seminar. (Schedule will be announced as appropriate).

To complete this course, you need to prepare and review for the lesson.
