講義目的・到達目標
This course provides an understanding of the organizational form of enterprise, especially focusing on cooperative firms in comparison to capitalist firms (which are roughly the same as conventional for-profit companies).

We ask such questions as: “How do cooperative firms differ from capitalist firms?” and “What are the advantages and disadvantages of cooperative firms?” Students are expected to obtain the knowledge and ability to answer these questions by themselves.

Credit hours are provided based on the understanding of the course contents and grades S(90 or higher), A (80-89), B (70-79), C (60-69), and D (59 or lower).

Grades are based on the two online, open book exams.
