講義目的・到達目標
* Purpose of the Seminar
This seminar is designed to bridge the gap in mathematical skills for students who require additional support after completing "Project Seminar I". It provides a focused review and reinforcement of foundational mathematical concepts and techniques crucial for success in university-level courses. By the end of the seminar, students will gain the confidence and competence to engage in essential mathematical applications encountered throughout their academic journeys.

* Intended Outcomes
Upon completing this seminar, students will be prepared to effectively utilize mathematics within GBC coursework. They will develop the ability to apply mathematical concepts and techniques to solve problems and analyze information encountered in various disciplines. This newfound mathematical proficiency will empower them to actively participate and excel in courses that require mathematical knowledge.

Be aware that unexcused absence from more than five classes, unexcused absence on your debate da y, or failure to complete the final will result in an automatic failure of the class.

In-class activities are reviewed immediately.  Exams are reviewed via LMS (such as UNIPA and/or Google Classroom).
履修上の注意・履修要件
- This seminar is organized on the premise that you will take "Project Seminar II" conse cutively.

- All lectures will basically be provided on a “Face-to-face” basis. However, some lectures might be delivered online following the development of COVID-19. Thus, it may b e required to prepare the necessary equipment, like a PC, a tablet, and Wi-Fi connectio ns, to attend the lectures.

- The actual delivery will be determined and announced at the beginning of the course , and subsequently, as necessary.
