講義目的・到達目標
Based on the study in the research seminar, each student will proceed with his/her own thesis research. The objective is also to make their own thesis research more complete through discussions in the seminar. The goals of the course are (1) to set a research theme based on previous research, (2) to adopt and operate an appropriate analytical method, and (3) to be able to interpret and summarize the results of the analysis clearly so that others can understand them.

If you have any problems in proceeding with your graduation research, I will of course be happy to consult with you, so please do not hesitate to ask for help.
(Contents to be conducted in the semester) ・Each student will prepare his/her own graduation thesis. ・When conducting research, students will summarize the results of their analysis and prepare figures and tables. ・The progress report will consist of two parts: the graduation thesis itself (of course, it can be a work in progress) and a resume, which will be presented at the seminar. Students will be asked to report, once two weeks at least. 教科書

アクティブ・ラーニングの内容
Through discussions in the seminar as a whole, Iwill support the students in their theoretical analysis and consideration. Also, to encourage students to view things logically, from multiple perspectives, and objectively.
成績評価の基準・方法
Grading Criteria
1. Resume and report content (including the thesis research itself): 60% 2. Contributions to the discussions during the seminar: 20%. 3. Involvement in and contribution to seminar management 20%. Grading Methods Grades will be assigned on a scale of S to D according to the level of knowledge, ability to think, and ability to apply knowledge to practice as stated in the lecture objectives and goals. 課題・試験結果の開示方法
All feedback will be given during the exercises. However, those submitted in written form will be returned to the submitter after appropriate corrections are made.
履修上の注意・履修要件
There may be times when students are absent due to job hunting or other reasons, but since you all will be entering the workforce in less than a year, we expect them to keep in touch with us as necessary. Please note that students who fail to report or who make poor progress on the research will be given strict instructions.

The majors of the supervisor are business administration, especially organizational behavior and human resources management.
