Students will write responses and essays based on lectures and discussions in class. Using useful writing strategies and techniques, students will apply their basic skills to writing in English.

Students are required to prepare for the next lesson by doing the required homework and reviewing previous lessons. Students are advised to do some other kind of writing outside class hours, for example keeping a diary or journal.
