教職課程の学修目標

講義目的・到達目標
The aim of this course is to develop students’ English speaking and listening skills in a business context and prepare learners for task-based business communication. The course will introduce students to speaking and listening strategies to help them communicate in the business world and will also teach them common business words and expressions, helping them with usage and meaning.

At the end of each section of the textbook there is a TOEIC style mini test. This mini TOEIC test is very similar in form and language to the actual reading-listening TOEIC exam and it also covers the content of the previous units of the book. The test therefore provides a review of the previous lessons and is also a useful preparation for the TOEIC test that is often used in hiring situations in Japan.

The class will include various speaking and listening activities where the students will work in pairs and groups. Students are expected to participate actively and contribute their ideas.
