講義目的・到達目標
This course introduces students to the basic theory of financial institutions and financial systems. Among the topics covered are the nature of financial institutions and financial markets, financial instruments and derivatives, financial crisis and financial regulation.
By the end of this course, students will have a good knowledge of theory of financial systems and obtain a perspective to consider actual financial markets.

Ⅰ. Course Contents:
Students will learn what is money and financial systems, what is banking and risk management in financial institutions, what is financial instruments and derivatives, why financial crisis happened.
