講義目的・到達目標
This course explores the role of Community Business as a lever for regional economic and social development. This exploration touches on both Japanese and worldwide trends. The subject of community business overlaps with a number of fields including the nonprofit sphere, social entrepreneurship, SMEs, community currencies and others. This multiplicity is reflected in the course contents.
Course Objectives: 1) For students to acquire foundational knowledge of community business theory. 2) For students to deepen their understanding by exploring their particular interests within this field through class discussion and assignments. 授業のサブタイトル・キーワード

■ Contents: The lessons will be composed of lectures by lecturer, group discussions and student presentations. Students are encouraged to participate in discussion proactively.

事前・事後学習（予習・復習）の内容・時間の目安
Students will be given the lecture slides and readings to prepare for each lecture. Preparation for each lecture will require about 30 minutes.

There will be group discussions in class as well as a group presentation assignment.

Minute Paper : 40%
