講義目的・到達目標
This seminar focuses on the relationships between Japan and the country of origin of each student. This is one of the projects of the whole series continuing in Research SeminarⅡand Ⅲ in the 2025 school year, which entails building bridges between countries.
The main goals of this seminar are to: 1. Increase students’ understanding of the issues between Japan and their countries from the viewpoint of history, education, economics, and politics. 2. In this seminar, the students are expected to take the lead in the learning process which includes discussions, group work, presentations, and field work.

Students will need to spend at least two hours preparing materials and reading for each class.
アクティブ・ラーニングの内容
Students will learn to organize and present materials, and to participate in the discussion.
成績評価の基準・方法
Students will be graded from an “S” to a “C” based on the goal of the seminar mentioned above.
Grading criteria: Class discussions and comments: 40% Class presentations: 30% Assignments: 30% 課題・試験結果の開示方法
Feedback will be provided in class or via Unipa when possible.
