【Lecture content】 In this lecture, we will go through the development of management theory, starting from the beginning of management studies. In the lectures, we will deepen our understanding of management through group activities and presentations in small groups.

The class will be divided into groups of around five people, and each group will give a presentation. There will be two group presentations.
成績評価の基準・方法
Grading Criteria.
For those who understand the theory of business administration and can use it for analysis, credits will be awarded based on a grading scale of S (90 points or more), A (80 points or more), B (70 points or more) or C (60 points or more) based on the level of achievement of the abilities (knowledge, skills, ability to think, judgment and expression) listed in the lecture objectives and achievement goals. Grading methods. Comprehensive evaluation based on 20% quiz, 20% group presentation, 20% contribution to group activities and 40% regular examinations. 課題・試験結果の開示方法

Students are expected to attend lectures after sufficient preparation and review of the relevant sections of the textbooks and other materials listed in ‘Lecture contents and lesson plans’, as well as homework and pre- and post-lesson study instructed during the class.
