【Course Objectives】
This class is designed to have students use their English language skills to conduct research and discuss social issues and how to solve them. Students will learn discussion and opinion sharing skills before they conduct research in English and Japanese to discuss an important social issue with their classmates. For their final project, students will be expected to design and implement a project that offers a solution to a social issue we discuss in class. In addition, students will be required to take the TOEFL test as part of their assessment.
