This course explores Japanese business practices' unique dynamics and global impact, covering topics like keiretsu, lifetime employment, and the management styles behind successful brands like Toyota and Sony. We’ll examine Japan’s challenges in international expansion, its role in global supply chains, and the influence of its pop culture and food industry. By the end,students gain a deep understanding of Japan’s economic strategies and how its businesses navigate a shifting global landscape.
