（講義目的）
経営学の諸領域、とりわけ組織行動論や人的資源管理論分野において研究者／高度専門職業人になることを目指す大学院生を念頭に、研究を指導する。 （到達目標） 組織行動論や人的資源管理論領域の研究方法について知識を深め、専門の学術論文を執筆し、学位を修得できること 。 Subtitle and Keywords of the Class

生成ＡＩの利用にあたっては『本学の教育における生成ＡＩの取扱いについて（学生向け）』の記載内容について留意すること。
この授業においては、授業内、予習復習、レポート等を含む成果物作成等において生成ＡＩの利用を全面的に許可しており、生成ＡＩの利用について制限を設けないが、生成ＡＩによる出力結果をそのまま課題・レポートとして提出してはならない。生成ＡＩの出力した内容について、事実関係の確認や出典・参考文献を確認・追記することが重要である。使用した場合にその旨をレポート等に記載するかどうか等については、担当教員の指示に従うこと。 Textbook

成績評価の基準：社会科学研究科規程に従い、成績評価の上、単位を付与する。
評価の⽅法： Ⅰ 評価項目 成果物（学位論文）：100% Ⅱ 評語の定義 Ｓ：極めて良好な取組姿勢をもって特に優れた成果物を作成し、非常に⾼い思考⼒を獲得した。 Ａ：良好な取組姿勢をもって優れた成果物を作成し、後期課程学⽣に相応しい思考⼒を獲得した。 Ｂ：通常の取組姿勢をもって平均的な成果物を作成し、後期課程学⽣として平均的な思考⼒を獲得した。 Ｃ：消極的な取組姿勢で成果物を作成し、後期課程学⽣として最低限の思考⼒を獲得した。 How to Disclose Assignments and Exam Results
