講義目的：民法の物権法及び家族法について、基本的な法概念及び主要な法制度について理解してもらう。
到達目標：物権法・家族法の主要な法制度を理解した上で、事例に法律を適用して結果を予想し説明する。

物権法では、不動産物権変動、登記、抵当権に重点を置き、取引上重要な制度、概念、重要判例について説明する。
家族法では、家族関係、遺産、相続について重要な制度・法概念、近時の改正動向について説明する。

この授業においては、以下の範囲において、生成ＡＩの利用を許可し、これ以外の範囲での利用は禁止する。
・生成ＡＩの利用については担当教員の指示に従うこと。
・教員が認める範囲を超えて生成ＡＩを利用したことが判明した場合は、単位を認定しない、又は認定を取り消すことがある。
・生成ＡＩの出力した内容について、事実関係の確認や出典・参考文献を確認・追記することが重要である。
・生成ＡＩによる出力結果をそのまま提出してはならない。

教科書は指定せず、講義レジュメを配付する。
授業時に民法条文を参照できるよう、六法（デジタル版可）を持参すること。

Contents and Estimated Time for Pre- and Post- Learning (Preparation and Review)

予習：授業前に民法の該当箇所の目次や条文の見出しを見て、何について学ぶか予想し、用語の意味を調べておく（３０ｈ）。
復習：配付したレジュメや参考書の該当箇所を読み直す（３０ｈ）。

Contents of Active Learning

採用しない。設問ないし計算問題を解いてもらい、発表してもらうことがある。

Grading Criteria and Methods

成績評価の基準：講義目的・到達目標の到達度に基づき、社会科学研究科規程に従い成績評価の上、単位を付与する。
成績評価の方法：定期試験１００％として評価する。

How to Disclose Assignments and Exam Results

定期試験は全授業終了後に行う。定期試験は出題意図を公表する。
