【講義⽬的】
この科⽬の⽬的は、公監査（地⽅⾃治体監査を中心に）の⽬的について地⽅⾃治法等の法令との関係を明らかにするとともに、監査⽬的、監査要点及び監査⼿法について包括外部監査事例、監査員監査事例を題材にとりあげ講義し、公監査の要点を解説することである。
【到達⽬標】
公監査の監査⽬的と営利企業の監査⽬的の違いや、地⽅公共団体における監査⽬的及びその根拠並びに監査の要点について説明できるようになることである。
