Academic Goals of Teacher Training Course

Course Objectives and Learning Outcome
        The purpose of the lecture will be to analyze and examine some cases, focusing on the process in which SMEs make changes and continuously obtain their own foundations of existence. In the analysis, we will actively utilize the theory of business administration and previous research, aiming at the fusion of theory and practice.
        The goal is to understand the significance of management innovation based on the traits of SMEs, and to acquire the skills to apply various theories such as strategic theory, organizational theory, and marketing theory necessary for analysis.

After inputting the theoretical framework, we will carry out a case study.

中小企業診断士は、生身の経営者とリアルタイムで対峙し、経営者とともに新しい価値を作り出すことが使命である。よって、生成AIに頼りすぎると現場での対応力が著しく低下する可能性があるため、過度な利用は推奨しない。
生成AIの利用にあたっては『本学の教育における生成AIの取扱いについて(学生向け)』の記載内容について留意すること。
この授業では、以下の範囲において、生成AIの利用を許可し、これ以外の範囲での利用は禁止する。生成AIの利用については担当教員の指示に従うこと。教員が認める範囲を超えて生成AIを利用したことが判明した場合は、単位を認定しない、または認定を取り消すことがある。
生成AIによって出力した内容については、以下の点に留意してください。
・生成AIによる出力結果にかかわる事実関係の確認や出典・参考文献(著者名・本や論文のタイトル・出版社や雑誌名・出版年・インターネット情報であれば参照したURLとアクセス日)を確認・追記すること。
・生成AIによる出力結果をそのまま発表資料や課題・レポートとして提出してはならない。
・生成AIによる出力結果を利用する場合は、使用したソフト名、出力に至るまでの一連のプロセスやプロンプトなどを発表資料や課題・レポートに明記し、授業の出席者全員に共有できるようにすること。
・発表資料や課題・レポートには、生成AIによる結果を利用した部分とそうでない部分がわかるように工夫して記述してください。特に生成AIから出力されなかった情報を自ら創出・導出したオリジナルの部分(図や表を含む)は明示してください。
・この授業では、実在する個別企業の情報を取り扱う場合があるため、以下の利用禁止の範囲に含まれるものだけでなく、利用可の範囲であっても、著作権や肖像権、個人情報、営業秘密などといった他者の権利侵害や営業妨害、情報漏洩につながるおそれがあることから、意図的かどうかにかかわらず特に注意を払ってください。

Grading Criteria and Methods
The criteria for grade evaluation follows the rules of the Graduate School of Social Sciences or the Graduate School of Business.
Normal points (contribution in discussion, and contents of presentation) 50%, Final exam points, included other students evaluation 50%.
How to Disclose Assignments and Exam Results
Feedbacks will be done in the lecuture.
Precautions and Requirements for Course Registration
       This lecture is permitted the major of SMEs consulting lisense course only.
Practical Education
This instructor has 15 years of practical experience in management consulting such as business innovation, start up business, and regional promotion at the SMEs Support Bureau, and can be used for lecture content, so it corresponds practical education.
Remarks
       A task will be given every time. There are two types of homework, one is for each group and the other is for each individual. Since designated and recommended documents are specified, you read them attentively, consider theoretically, add your practical knowledge related to the theme, summarize simply, and prepare for presentation in the next week.
       In group work, you should aim to maximize group performance while emphasizing cooperation and respect for other members.
       As a general rule, lectures are conducted Face-to-face. However, there is a possibility of switching to the Remote-method according to the instructions of the major or course director, considering the infection status of COVID-19 or other influenza. Therefore, students should prepare the devices necessary to connect to the Internet-service and ensure stable transmission and reception of video and audio.
In cases where any differences arise between the English version and the original Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail as the official authoritative version.
