講義目的：経営が実践されている現場を学習のフィールドとして、教室で学んだ経営理論を検証する。
到達目標：理論の実践で応用しながら活用する実践能力を身に付けること。

Course Overview and Schedule

Ⅰ　講義内容
複数の企業ごとに課題（テーマ）を設定する。基礎的な知識に基づいて作業仮説の設定を行い、企業でのフィールドワークを通じて、体験的にその仮説の検証・仮説の再構築を行い、その課題についての理解を深める。そして、現場で得た知識に基づいて、フィールドスタディ先企業の経営者に対してプレゼンテーションを行う。

演習終了後に、今回の演習の復習ポイントを提示し、演習資料やテキストの対象部分を参照、読むことで復習を促す（30h）。
さらに、次回の演習内容も提示し、テキストの対象範囲を読んで、予習を進めることを促す（30h）。

グループワークや受講生同士でのディスカッションを行う。

Grading Criteria and Methods

成績評価の基準：社会科学研究科規程に従う。
成績評価の方法：出席を前提に、プレゼンテーションの準備作業・ディスカッションへの貢献度（２０％）、実際のプレゼンテーション（５０％）、および、レポート（３０％）。
レポート、小論文、学位論文等については、学生本人が作成することを前提としているため、生成系AIのみを用いて作成することはできません。

How to Disclose Assignments and Exam Results

演習形式で行うため、そのプロセスの中で、議論や質疑応答を実行し、フィードバックを行う。

Precautions and Requirements for Course Registration

チームによるプレゼンテーションのための準備など授業外での予習復習を前提に授業を進める。フィールドスタディ先の都合により平日に授業を行うこともある。
