講義の目的
　マネジメントに関する文献を批判的に読みこなすことで、マネジメントを探究できる思慮を養う。さらに、論文としてまとめる能力の基礎を身に付ける。

講義の到達目標
　邦文及び英文の論文を読みこなし、客観的な論説の骨格を備えた論文の作成ができるようにする。

　文献の読み込みと、そのまとめを通じてテーマに沿った論文の作成を行う。

　１回目から５回目　論文テーマの設定と基本文献の抽出
　６回目から１５回目　論文の作成過程を発表、および内容に関する討論
　１６回目　論文の発表と評価

生成ＡＩの利用にあたっては『本学の教育における生成ＡＩの取扱いについて（学生向け）』の記載内容について留意すること。
この授業においては、授業内、予習復習、レポート等を含む成果物作成等において生成ＡＩの利用を全面的に許可しており、生成ＡＩの利用について制限を設けないが、生成ＡＩによる出力結果をそのまま課題・レポートとして提出してはならない。
生成ＡＩの出力した内容について、事実関係の確認や出典・参考文献を確認・追記することが重要である。
使用した場合にその旨をレポート等に記載するかどうか等については、担当教員の指示に従うこと。

演習終了後に、今回の演習の復習ポイントを提示し、演習資料やテキストの対象部分を参照、読むことで復習を促す（30h）。
さらに、次回の演習内容も提示し、テキストの対象範囲を読んで、予習を進めることを促す（30h）。

Grading Criteria and Methods

成績評価の基準は、社会科学研究科規程に従う。
成績評価の方法は、出席を前提に、プレゼンテーション（３０％）、ディスカッションへの状況（３０％）、論文（４０％）で評価する。
レポート、小論文、学位論文等については、学生本人が作成することを前提としているため、生成系AIのみを用いて作成することはできません。

How to Disclose Assignments and Exam Results

研究の購読や論文の途中経過の発表プロセスで、その都度、質疑応答を通じてフィードバックを行う。

Precautions and Requirements for Course Registration

プレゼンテーション、ディスカッションの準備など授業以外の時間の予習復習を前提に授業を行う。
