Course Objectives and Learning Outcome

本講義は、医療・介護マネジメントで必要とされる種々の法律・政令・省令・規則・条例等に関しての理解を深めることを目的とする。具体的には、安全性、税務、知的財産、雇用といったマネジメントにける一般的な内容の扱いと、保健医療関連法規や保健医療制度ならびに各種実施計画等の医療介護の専門職として必要な内容に関する扱いである。到達目標は、医療・介護マネジメントで必要とされる法規や体系等を理解し、実践のマネジメントで円滑な遂行を可能にする能力を取得するものとする。

学生は自ら、積極的に参加し、自学自修を重ねること。

授業は原則として対面方式で実施する予定にしている。ただし、COVID-19の感染状況を鑑みて遠隔方式に切り替える可能性があることから、映像や音声を安定して送受信可能なインターネット環境およびPC・周辺機器を準備しておくこと。
