Course Objectives and Learning Outcome

医療機関や介護施設の資金調達・資金管理の基礎的な知識の取得とその知識の活用に対する理解を深めることを目的とする。資金調達の観点では、資金調達に関する基礎的な知識、検討すべき事項及び資金調達方法を確認する。その際に、医療機関・介護施設の財務的な特性を踏まえるよう留意する。資金管理の観点では、医療機関・介護施設の資金計画や事業計画の策定方法や活用方法について、実例に基づき実践的な理解を深める。本講義の到達目標は、医療機関や介護施設において、経営活動に必要な資金を適切な方法で調達し、効率的に活用するための基礎的理論を習得し、実務に応用できるようになることである。

Ⅰ 講義内容
本講義においては、まず資金調達・資金管理の基礎的な理論を解説する。この基礎的な理論を踏まえ、資金調達や資金管理の実践的な手法のプロセスについて検討を行う。こうした流れの中で、医療機関・介護施設の特殊性を考慮した、資金調達・資金管理のあり方について考察をおこなう。

Precautions and Requirements for Course Registration

本講座は、基礎的な考え方の講義を行い、その考え方について課題等を検討し発表等を通じて理解の定着と確認を行う予定である。
授業は原則として対面方式で実施する予定にしている。ただし、COVID-19の感染状況を鑑みて遠隔方式に切り替える可能性があることから、映像や音声を安定して送受信可能なインターネット環境およびPC・周辺機器を準備しておくこと。

講義は、財務マネジメントや経営科学を研究領域とする教員に、医療機関・介護施設の会計監査や支援業務経験のある公認会計士も加わり、多数の事例に基づいた実践的な観点による授業を行う。
