これまで学んできた理論や分析ツールを用いて、各自が取り上げる医療機関や福祉・介護施設等の経営問題について改善策等の提言ができる能力を養う。到達目標は、商大ビジネスレビューへの投稿である。

Course Overview and Schedule
１ 講義内容
これまで学んできた理論や分析ツールを用いて、自分が関わる医療機関及び介護施設等の経営問題の改善方策を検討してもらう。 ２ 授業計画 第１回から第2回 各自が関わる医療及び介護施設機関当の問題点を明らかにする。 第３回から第４回 各自が取り上げた問題テーマについて、ディスカッションを重ねながら、その解決策の可能性を検討する。 第５回から第10回 必要な資料データを収集し、必要な分析を行ったものを踏まえて各自解決策の内容を発表してもらい、相互に意見交換を行ってもらう。 第11回から第14回 これまでの議論を踏まえて、最終的に改善提言の完成を目指す。 第15回から第16回 各自が作成した改善方策のプレゼンテーションを行ってもらう。そして、そこで受けた批判点をもとに、改善内容の手直しを図る。 In-person/Remote Classification

成績評価の基準は、社会科学研究科規程に従う。
成績評価の方法は、授業時の発表内容・質問内容・積極度（２０％）、提言内容の完成度（６０％）ならびにプレゼンテーションの内容（２０％）等を総合的に判断して評価する。 How to Disclose Assignments and Exam Results

Precautions and Requirements for Course Registration
当授業においては、これまで学んできた医療・介護マネジメントに関する理論や分析ツール、さらには「経営戦略ケーススタディ」や「フィールドスタディ」で培った問題発見・解決能力をもとに、各自の問題テーマについて、関連する文献検索・分析といった準備をきっちりと行った上で授業に臨み、また授業中に指摘された部分については、さらに徹底した調査研究を行うこと希望する。
授業は原則として対面方式で実施する予定にしている。ただし、COVID-19の感染状況を鑑みて遠隔方式に切り替える可能性があることから、映像や音声を安定して送受信可能なインターネット環境およびPC・周辺機器を準備しておくこと。 Practical Education
