1-2．コンサルタントに求められる専門性
　経営コンサルタントの役割と求められるスキル、専門性について事例をもとに理解、修得する。
3-4.チームごとの課題設定
　チームごとにテーマを設定し、ケース研究を行う。
5-8．テーマについての調査分析仮説にもとづき文献、実地調査を行う
9-10.中間報告
　調査結果について中間報告を行う
11-14．調査結果分析、とりまとめ
　分析・研究結果を踏まえ、グループ単位で報告書にまとめる。
15-16.グループ発表、講評
　結果の発表と講評

生成ＡＩの利用にあたっては『本学の教育における生成ＡＩの取扱いについて（学生向け）』の記載内容について留意すること。この授業においては、生成ＡＩによる出力結果をそのまま課題・レポートとして提出してはならない。生成ＡＩの出力した内容については、事実関係の確認や出典・参考文献を確認・追記することが重要である。生成ＡＩの利用については担当教員の指示に従うこと。

【予習】30ｈ　授業に際して指示する参考文献や資料を事前読み込み（20ｈ）、ディスカッションないしはプレゼンテーションの準備（20ｈ）
【復習】30ｈ　レポート作成（2回 10ｈ）、講義内容の理解を深め定着させるために参考資料を読み直し（10ｈ）

【成績評価の基準】講義目的・到達目標の到達度に基づき、社会科学研究科規程に従い成績評価の上、単位を付与する。
【成績評価の方法】演習への参加姿勢（60％）、レポート・プレゼンテーション（40%）により評価します。

課題がある場合、演習中に解説する。評価結果は全体的な講評や模範解答をユニバーサルパスポートのクラスプロファイル機能等を使って示す。
