Course Objectives and Learning Outcome

講義目的：医療介護マネジメントコースを希望する学生を対象とし、コースにおける学習の際に必要とされる基本的スキルを身につけることを目的とする。
到達目標：ディスカッションを通じた論理思考や問題意識の醸成、および、データ分析、プレゼンテーション手法の習熟を目標とする。また、履修設計と必要に応じてキャリアプランの指導を行う。

ロジカルシンキングについて学ぶとともに、チーム作業によるデータ分析およびプレゼンテーションを実施する。

ディスカッションを通じたグループワーキングにより実践能力を会得する。

Grading Criteria and Methods

成績評価の基準は、社会科学研究科規程に従う。
成績評価の方法は、出席を前提に、プレゼンテーション（30％）、ディスカッションへの参加状況（30％）、レポート（40％）で評価する。

How to Disclose Assignments and Exam Results

ユニバーサルパスポートを用いて対処する。

Precautions and Requirements for Course Registration

プレゼンテーションの準備など授業以外の時間の予習復習を前提に授業を行う。
授業は原則として対面方式で実施する予定にしている。ただし、COVID-19の感染状況を鑑みて遠隔方式に切り替える可能性があることから、映像や音声を安定して送受信可能なインターネット環境およびPC・周辺機器を準備しておくこと。

担当教員の研究領域は、マネジメント・サイエンス（クオリティ、データ・サイエンス）であるが、専門分野にかかわらず問題発見から改善に至る論理的思考の流れに変わりはないので、これらの点をベースに指導していく。
