Uses of Generative AI
Limited permission for use
Precautions for using Generative AI
Try First: You are encouraged to try to figure out meanings and tasks by yourself or with your partners before seeking digital help.

Allowed Assistance: You are permitted to use a dictionary or translation software for help, but it should not replace your own effort.

Focus on Personal Effort: Homework is intended to be done by the student before class, not during class, to ensure genuine learning.

Academic Integrity: If a submission (outputs, homeworks, etc.)  is suspected of being an inappropriate "copy-paste" from an AI, the instructor may conduct a follow-up exam to verify the student's actual understanding and will negatively impact the grade.
