【講義目的】本講義は、日本国憲法の成り立ちや基本原理、違憲か否かが争われた事案についての理解を深めることを通して、公民的資質および人権感覚を培うことを目的としている。
【到達目標】本講義の狙いは、１)近代憲法の特色を理解すること、２)現代社会における人権問題に目を向けること、３)憲法の理念に照らして検討すること、４)自身の意見を表明すること、にある。

Grading Criteria and Methods

【成績評価の基準】
日本国憲法学を理解し、その理解を正確に示すことができる者については、講義目的・到達目標に記載する能力（知識・技能、思考力、判断力、表現力等）の到達度に基づき、S（90点以上）,Ａ（80点以上）,B（70点以上）,C（60点以上）による成績評価のうえ、単位を付与する。
【成績評価の方法】
定期試験（80％）、毎回の授業の最後に提出する小レポート（20％）
