Course Objectives and Learning Outcome
Ⅰ.Purpose: There are difficult situations inside and outside Japan with the rapid changes and new tensions occurring in the world. In this situation, we need leaders who can survive in a global society and drive their organizations forward.
Setting essential passion on the vertical axis and communication skills, problem-solving abilities (= wisdom) and
decision-making abilities on the horizontal axis,
we will create themes and atmospheres where "students can draw the leadership images."
 Ⅱ.Goal: To draw the leadership image of your own, asking your belief.

When using generated AI, please be aware of the contents of "Handling of Generative AI in Education at Our University (For Students)."

In this class, the use of generative AI is permitted within the following scope. Any other use is prohibited. Follow the instructions of the instructor when using generative AI. If it is discovered that generative AI has been used beyond the scope permitted by the instructor, credits may not be awarded or may be revoked. It is important to verify the facts and confirm and add sources and references regarding the content output by generative AI. Furthermore, output results from generative AI should not be submitted as assignments or reports as is.

Grading Criteria and Methods
The final test (70%) and active opinions and a report in each lesson (30%) are used for your scores to be given.
The final test and the reports include the following requirements.
1.  You must form your own belief for your future.
2. You are required to be able to use main English expressions presented in the lectures.
According to your achievements, you are given scores from S to C.
S(90~), A(80~), B(70~), C(60~)
