Course Objectives and Learning Outcome
【講義目的】
財政とは、政府の経済活動を意味する。政府は道路や公園、学校教育、さらに医療 や年金といった社会保障など、さまざまなサービスを提供する一方で、国民から税金 や社会保険料などの資金を徴収している。この授業では、財政政策に関する様々なトピックを扱う。財政の制度や仕組み、問題を理解し、様々な面を考慮した独自の見解を持つことを目指す。

【到達目標】
本講義の到達目標は、1)財政の現状や問題を自分の視点から説明できること、2)財政政策の実証的分析のための基礎を得ることができるようになることである。

【講義内容】

本講義では、公共政策に関する諸問題を分析するための経済学的アプローチを学ぶ。受講生は、公共財政に関する各種テーマについて、経済学的思考に基づいて分析を行い、その課題に対する解決方法を説明・具体化できる能力を身につけることを目標とする。

授業中に随時質問を行うため、受講生には積極的な回答および発言を求める。これらは授業への参加姿勢として成績評価の対象とする。
また、グループディスカッションを実施する。
Grading Criteria and Methods

【成績評価の基準】
財政の制度、現状および課題について十分に理解している者に対しては、講義の目的および到達目標に記載された能力の到達度に応じて、以下の基準により成績評価を行い、単位を付与する。
S（90点以上）、A（80点以上）、B（70点以上）、C（60点以上）


【成績評価の方法】
・筆記試験：50点
・小テスト：50点

一定以上の授業の欠席者に対し期末試験の受験を認めない
