講義目的： 環境問題について、経済学にもとづき問題を把握し、単に問題の重要性を訴えるだけでなく、実施されている政策や実施すべき政策に関して、自ら評価できるような水準までに到達することを目的とする。

Course Description
You may think that environmental issues are subjects of natural sciences. That is not correct. In this course, you will realize the power of economics to understand the structure of environmental issues and to propose solutions to environmental issues. In this course, after studying basic concepts and theories, students will examine the current state of global environmental issues and the actions being taken to address them. 事前： 昨年度使用したスライドを、最初に一括してユニバーサルパスポートに掲示する。また、各回の最新のスライドを講義前の日曜までにユニバーサルパスポートに掲示する。それを各回、予習すること。最低限、理解できないところをチェックすること。（各回2時間を目安とする）

Grading Criteria and Methods
成績評価の基準
基礎概念を理解し，それを用いて環境問題の把握ができるようになり、かつ環境政策の原理を説明できるようになった者に単位を授与する。理解の程度に応じてCからA、そして応用までできるようになればSの成績を与える。 成績評価の方法 期末試験による。クイズの解答など、講義中の発言を期末試験の成績に加算する。 How to Disclose Assignments and Exam Results
