【講義目的】
卒研ゼミナールⅠに引き続き、各⾃が選択したテーマに沿って、関連する資料読解、研究進捗報告等を通じて、適格な卒業論⽂作成のための研究を進捗する。
【到達目標】
１．先⾏研究を精査し、多角的に資料を分析を行う。
２．報告、ディスカッション等を通じて研究を段階的に実施する（中間報告会での報告）。
３．論理的な思考、論述能⼒を涵養し、卒業論⽂を作成する。

【講義内容】
卒研ゼミナールⅠに引き続き、先⾏研究の調査等の研究、卒業論⽂の具体的作成を⾏う。
多角的な視点による分析を企図し、多様な先⾏研究調査、ゼミナール内でのディスカッション、論理的思考・⽂章作成を段階的に実施する。
なお、履修者の研究進捗に応じて、個別指導の機会を、オンライン等も⽤いながら確保する予定。
【授業計画】*履修者の状況により調整する。
1.テーマ報告会後の進捗報告、過去の卒業論文を用いた留意事項等の説明
2〜8 先行研究の調査、ディスカッション、論文執筆、中間報告会の準備
9〜12 中間報告会、フィードバック,論文執筆
13〜15　最終報告会

⽣成ＡＩの利⽤にあたっては『本学の教育における⽣成ＡＩの取扱いについて（学⽣向け）』の記載内容について留意すること。この授業においては、以下の範囲において、⽣成ＡＩの利⽤を許可し、これ以外の範囲での利⽤は禁⽌する。⽣成ＡＩの利⽤については担当教員の指⽰に従うこと。教員が認める範囲を超えて⽣成ＡＩを利⽤したことが判明した場合は、単位を認定しない、⼜は認定を取り消すことがある。⽣成ＡＩの出⼒した内容について、事実関係の確認や出典・参考⽂献を確認・追記することが重要である。また、⽣成ＡＩによる出⼒結果をそのまま課題・レポートとして提出してはならない。

【成績評価の基準】
講義目的・到達目標に則り、当該目標への到達度に応じて、S（90点以上）、A（80 点以上）、B（70 点以上）、C（60 点以上）による成績評価のうえ、単位を付与する。
【成績評価の⽅法】
演習における報告（判例報告等）50%、卒業論文50%を基準として、総合的に評価する。
