Course Objectives and Learning Outcome
講義目的は、国内におけるインフラに関する政策立案の概要と、それらに関連する実務の理解を深めることである。到達目標は、人々の生活環境を守ることを念頭に置き、エネルギーや上下水道そして公共交通など、我が国の主要なインフラへの法規制がどのように公共の利益を確保し、持続可能な社会を支えているかを、政策科学の観点から習得することである。

  • ショートテスト: 40%
  • 定期試験: 60%
    ※授業への参加率は成績に反映されない。ショートテストを実施する頻度は高い。政策策定に関する新しい考え方をAIを用いて柔軟に取り入れていただきたい。全員、授業では毎回、教室に必ずインターネットに接続できるパソコンを持ち込むこと。定期試験は、筆記用具の他には、教科書のみが持ち込み可となる。教科書に書き込みがあることは問題にならないが、ノートや文書などの持ち込みができない。
