【Course Objective】
The first objective is to acquire basic knowledge of organizational theory. The second objective is to be able to use the acquired theory to analyze actual organizational phenomena. 【Goals】 To be able not only to acquire knowledge of organizational theory but also to analyze actual phenomena using the theory and to make the organization function based on the theory. Credit will be given to those who understand organization theory and can analyze phenomena using it. This is a core course designed for undergraduate students. As this course requires a basic understanding of management studies, enrollment is recommended for second-year students or above. Students are required to attend all the classes and abide by the university rules regarding attendance requirements. Class materials are distributed through the university system.
