到達目標：現代の日本社会における現象について学びながら、学生は比較文化論の観点から日本の社会を分析できるようになります。

Grading Criteria and Methods

【成績評価の基準】現在の日本の社会の人口動態の変更、雇用における社会階層と男女平等という現象を理解する者については、講義目的・到達目標に記載する能力(知識・技能、思考力、判断力、表現力等)の到達度に基づき、S　(90点以上)、　A　(80点以上)、B (70点以上)、C　(60点以上)による成績評価のうえ、単位を付与する。
【成績評価の方法】小テスト40%（２回ほど実施する）、毎週の授業の活動への積極的な参画20%、定期試験40%、を基準として、受講態度(積極的な質問等)を含めて総合的に評価する。

1. 担当教員は、コメントを付けて小テストを返します。
2. 定期試験を実施するの前に、担当教員は授業の全体的な内容を復習し、フィードバックセッションを実施します。
