講義目的は、行政法の基本原理（法治主義）を受講生が理解できるようにすることである。到達目標は、受講生が、実務的な行政法解釈論が求められる場面において、複雑な条文のもとで多様な事例の適法性を判断し、迅速かつ的確に対応できるようになることである。

法的思考を生成AIを駆使して身につけるようにしていただきたい。判例情報の収集にも生成AIは役立てられるはずである。生成AIを大いに役立てていただきたい。なお、生成AIの利用にあたっては『本学の教育における生成AIの取扱いについて（学生向け）』の記載内容について留意すること。生成AIの利用について制限を設けないが、生成AIによる出力結果をそのままレポート等として提出してはならない。生成AIの出力した内容について、事実関係の確認や出典・参考文献を確認・追記することが重要である。生成AIを使用した場合にその旨をレポート等にどのように記載するのかについては、担当教員の指示に従うこと。

Contents and Estimated Time for Pre- and Post- Learning (Preparation and Review)
一回の授業につき、事前学習に２時間、事後学習に１時間を割くこと。一般に、事前学習の方はかなり時間を取らざるを得ないが、知識を得られてからの事後学習は、より短時間で済ませることができると考えられるからである。

行政法における講義の中心となるのは判例分析である。その範囲は多岐にわたる。教科書『行政判例百選Ｉ』を携行して多くの分野を幅広くカバーするようにしていただきたい。

Remarks
受講生の問題意識が明確になっていることが期待される。それを大切にしながら、行政法分野の理論や実践について、判例を素材にして深く議論する。このため、多くの判例を扱う。
