Precautions for using Generative AI

AI may be used for editing work only, in terms of spelling, grammar, concise language, dictionary, etc. It may not be used for brainstorming, copying and pasting whole sentences or paragraphs, or copying homework answers.
Students should do all work by themselves first and foremost. Afterwards, they may check and edit their work with AI or translation software. Edits to their original work should be shown in a different color to their original work. For example, if they write in black, then the AI edits can be in blue, green, etc.
