Academic Goals of Teacher Training Course

Course Objectives and Learning Outcome
The Overseas Language Program will be held at Enderun Colleges in Manila, Philippines, for five weeks. An intensive course in English will prepare students for the lectures and seminars of the Global Business Course that will be entirely conducted in English from fall 2024 onwards.

Course Overview and Schedule
The Overseas Language Program will consist of an English intensive language course held by instructors of Enderun Colleges, Manila, Philippines. Language classes will be held every day with the objective to enable students to follow all lectures and seminars held in English in the Global Business Course.

Contents and Estimated Time for Pre- and Post- Learning (Preparation and Review)
[Preparation] Students are expected to complete the assignments in preparation for language classes (20 hours).
[Review] Students are expected to review the feedback and test results and reflect upon their progress (20 hours). Contents of Active Learning
Students will have an opportunity to take part in field trips in Manila and the vicinity.
Grading Criteria and Methods
Tests will be conducted regularly by the instructors of Enderun Colleges.
The test results and ongoing participation will be the main criteria for the grades. Tests conducted by Enderun Colleges: 80 percent Homework, comments, questions, attitude: 20 percent How to Disclose Assignments and Exam Results
The instructors of Enderun Colleges will return the assignments and tests with detailed comments.
