講義内容
神戸での開店しているタイ料理店について、調査を進めることで、外国人が神戸でビジネスをする理由を明らかにする。 比較事例として、日本人の海外進出について、タイでフィールド調査を行う。 授業スケジュール １．神戸におけるタイ料理レストランについて ２．グループでの調査の方法を学ぶ ３．グループでの調査対象を決める ４．神戸市内でのフィールド調査の実施① ５．神戸市内でのフィールド調査の実施② ６．神戸市内でのフィールド調査の実施③ ７．フィールド調査結果の分析と議論① ８．フィールド調査結果の分析と議論② ９．ワークショップのプレゼンテーションに向けた議論① 10．ワークショップのプレゼンテーションに向けた議論② 11．ワークショップのプレゼンテーションの練習① 12．ワークショップのプレゼンテーションの練習② 13．ワークショップのプレゼンテーションの練習③ 14．ワークショップの予行演習① 15．ワークショップの予行演習② ＊春休みにタイでのフィールドワーク（約1週間）を予定している（海外研修費用の上限を35万円と考えている）。 タイのタマサート大学の学生とのワークショップを予定している。 In-person/Remote Classification
