Course Objectives and Learning Outcome
本講義の目的は、地方自治制度の成り立ちや基本原理、各種仕組みについての理解を深めることを通して、地方自治の基本的な考え方を学ぶことである。 本講義の到達目標は、(１) 地方公共団体の政治の仕組みを理解すること、(２) 地方自治体の行政の仕組みを理解すること、(３) 住民の権利や義務を理解すること、(４)自身の意見を表明できるようになること、にある。Subtitle and Keywords of the Class

【成績評価の基準】
地方自治の法的仕組みを理解し、その基本的な理解を正確に提示できる者については、講義目的・到達目標に記載する能力（知識・技能、思考力、判断力、表現力等）の到達度に基づき、S（90点以上）,Ａ（80点以上）,B（70点以上）,C（60点以上）による成績評価のうえ、単位を付与する。 【成績評価の方法】 期末テスト70％、毎回の講義後の小レポート30％を総合的に評価する。 How to Disclose Assignments and Exam Results
