【講義目的】植物の集団である植生（植物群落）の生態と保全上の問題・課題などに関する理解を深めることを目的とする。
【到達目標】植生学の基本的な概念と植生の生態に関する基礎知識を習得することを目標とする。

Course Overview and Schedule

【講義内容】
植物の生存戦略や植生の成立要因・成立プロセス・遷移・更新などについて解説する。また、日本の代表的な植生を幾つかとりあげて、その生態や保全上の問題・課題、保全・管理方法などについて解説する。このほか、植生図の作成方法に関する演習や野外での植生観察も実施する。

この授業においては、授業内、予習復習、レポート等を含む成果物作成等において生成ＡＩの利用を全面的に許可しており、生成ＡＩの利用について制限を設けないが、生成ＡＩによる出力結果をそのままレポートとして提出してはならない。生成ＡＩの出力した内容について、事実関係の確認や出典・参考文献を確認・追記することが重要である。使用した場合にその旨をレポート等に記載するかどうか等については、担当教員の指示に従うこと。

Grading Criteria and Methods

【成績評価の基準】植生学の概念と植生の生態を理解できる者については、講義目的・到達目標に記載する能力の到達度に基づき、S（90点以上）、Ａ（80点以上）、B（70点以上）、C（60点以上）による成績評価のうえ、単位を付与する。
【成績評価の方法】講義内の積極的な質問・発言等とレポートを基準として、総合的に評価する。
