【Course Objectives】
Students from diverse majors will actively exchange opinions and ideas while tackling introductory challenges. This process will deepen their identity as Prefectural University students and equip them with the fundamentals of interdisciplinary thinking. By transcending departmental boundaries and engaging in practical learning, students will cultivate problem-solving skills.

After considering what it means to work and how to build your own career, students will explore potential work styles if they were to work within Hyogo Prefecture. They will hear from business owners operating companies in Hyogo Prefecture and use these entrepreneurs as case studies. Through this process, students will learn methods for thinking about their own future careers.

Lectures are scheduled to be held at the Kobe Business Campus and the Shin-Nagata Satellite Campus. For those registered at the Himeji Engineering Campus, online attendance will be the standard method.

Grading Criteria and Methods

【成績評価の基準】

学際的思考の基礎となる知識・技能を身に付けるとともに、自己実現に向けて自主性・自律性をもって活動できた者について、講義目的・到達目標に記載する能力の到達度に基づき、S(90点以上)、A(80点以上)、B(70点以上)、C(60点以上)による成績評価のうえ、単位を付与する。

【成績評価の方法】

13回のミニ・レポート(積極性・表現された思考)50%、授業への貢献(経営者との議論での発言数と受講態度を含めて総合的に評価)30%、ファイナルレポート20%の3項目で評価する。

レポートについては、提出回後の授業で講評を述べる。
Precautions and Requirements for Course Registration
1ゼミあたり15名を上限として設定しており、15名を超えた場合は抽選とする。
