Course Objectives and Learning Outcome
医療においては、様々な場面で倫理的問題と遭遇します。そうした場合、医療職は適切な倫理的判断が求められます。他方で、何が倫理的問題なのかに気づくためには、あらかじめ倫理的問題に関する知識が必要です。このゼミでは、倫理的問題を認識するための枠組みに関する知識を習得しつつ、その状況に応じて適切な倫理的判断を行えるようになるための判断力の涵養を目指しています。

  1. 医療における倫理的問題を説明することができる
  2. 生命倫理の基本原則を説明することができる
  3. 具体的問題に即して倫理学的に結論を導出することができる
  4. 自ら倫理学的問いを立てることができる

生成ＡＩの利用にあたっては『本学の教育における生成ＡＩの取扱いについて（学生向け）』の記載内容について留意すること。文献の翻訳、専門用語の意味調べ、レポートのアイデア出しには生成AIを利用してかまいませんが、生成AIが出した結果を鵜呑みにせず、自ら一次資料にあたり、結果の正しさを確認してください。提出物については、生成AIが出した結果をそのまま提出するなど、教員が認める範囲を超えて生成ＡＩを利用したことが判明した場合は、単位を認定しない、又は認定を取り消すことがあります。

Grading Criteria and Methods
生命倫理の基本原則について説明でき、医療に関わる倫理的問題を挙げ、その問題に対して何らかの結論を倫理的に導き出すことができるものについては、到達目標の達成度に応じてS(90 点以上), A(80 点以上), B(70 点以上), C(60 点以上)による成績評価のうえ、単位を付与する。

成績評価の方法
毎回のミニッツペーパー（30％）、プレゼンテーション（30％）、期末レポート(40%)で評価します。
