Course Objectives and Learning Outcome

【講義目的】
精神科のみならず一般身体科においても精神医学的・心理学的な配慮を要する患者は少なくない。こうした患者への対応、心理学的アプローチは援助専門職には不可欠である。学生は、各精神疾患を学ぶのみならず、こうした課題や対応を学び、看護に通底する精神医学の方法論を学ぶことを通して、看護とは何か、患者の支援とは何かを学ぶ。
【到達目標】精神医学の方法論の学習を通して、
１）看護とは何かを学び、看護師としての自らの職務や理念を説明することが出来る。
２）患者の支援とは何かを学び、患者に対する具体的な支援について説明することが出来る。

Course Overview and Schedule

【講義内容】
精神科医療の文化的背景、患者の人権、精神科診断学、症状論、経過論、治療論、ノーマライゼイションなどに触れながら、精神疾患について学び、一般看護に不可欠な基本知識の修得を目標とした講義を行う。講義の順序、内容は適宜変更することがある。
【授業計画】
※当授業は実践的教育に該当する。
１．精神疾患概念と統合失調症圏の疾患
２．気分障害圏（うつ病・双極症周辺群）の疾患
３．不安障害とその周辺
４．心的外傷とその影響
５．発達の課題と障害（主に自閉症スペクトラム）
６．嗜癖（依存）と摂食障害
７．高齢者の精神疾患と認知症（柿木）
８．精神科の治療（柿木）

【復習】講義中に提示された課題に対して、レポートにまとめる。（1時間程度）

Grading Criteria and Methods

講義中に提示する課題に対して、実践的、独創的な意見、講義中の質問や意見発表を評価する。とくにボランティア活動や実習、経験などを通した学びを記載したものは高評価する。レポートによる評価（80％）、講義中の質問や意見発表評価（20％）とする。

Precautions and Requirements for Course Registration

課題の不提出は大きな減点となる。

県立病院及び専門医療機関（元行政機関）の医師が教員として実務に関連した内容の授業を行なっている。
