在宅療養者・家族と身近な地域の人々に対する訪問看護ステーションでの看護提供の実際を理解し、必要な看護支援と援助技術について学ぶ。

在宅療養者・家族と身近な人々に対する在宅看護技術を理解し、在宅管理における要点が説明できる。

Precautions for using Generative AI

生成AIの利用にあたっては「本学の教育における生成AIの取り扱いについて（学生向け）」の記載内容について留意すること。この授業においては、授業内、予習復習、レポート等を含む成果物作成等において生成AIの利用を全面的に許可しており、生成AIの利用について制限を設けないが、生成AIによる出力結果をそのまま課題・レポートとして提出してはならない。生成AIの出力した内容について、事実関係の確認や出典・参考文献を確認・追記することが重要である。使用した場合は、使用した旨と何について使用したのかをレポート等に記載すること。

Contents and Estimated Time for Pre- and Post- Learning (Preparation and Review)

事前学習として、次回の該当箇所の教科書を読み予習し事前課題を行う（30分×15＝7.5ｈ）、事後学習として教科書・国家試験の在宅看護に関連する過去問題を用いた復習（2ｈ）

事前に各自で調べてきたことや課題内容を元に、授業内で意見交換を行う。

Grading Criteria and Methods

【成績評価の基準】
　在宅療養者とその家族への在宅看護に必要な援助技術とその特徴を説明できる者、及び、地域包括ケアシステムにおいて多職種との協働に必要な看護職の役割について説明できる者に対し、到達度に基づき成績を付与し、S（90点以上）、Ａ（ 80 点以上）、B （70 点以上）、 C（ 60 点以上）の者に単位を付与する。
【成績評価の方法】
　演習レポート（20％）、定期試験（80％）を基準として総合的に評価する。

定期試験については、全体的な講評をユニバーサルパスポートのクラスプロファイル機能を使って示す。

Precautions and Requirements for Course Registration

第3回、第7回は教室での演習であり、普段着で構いません（ナースユニフォームは不要）。

Practical Education

訪問看護の経験がある教員が在宅療養の場で看護援助を提供した実務経験と専門的知識を通して講義することから、実践的教育に該当する。
