Course Objectives and Learning Outcome

【講義目的】
地域看護学リーダーシップ実習におけるプロジェクトを通した課題解決の探究過程を基に考察を深め、修士論文としてまとめる。

【到達目標】
１．プロジェクトの過程（計画・実施・評価）を論理的に説明できる。
２．一連の探究過程を修士論文としてまとめることができる。

Course Overview and Schedule
【講義内容】
教員による個別指導およびグループでの発表と討議により、授業を進める。

【授業計画】
当授業は実践的教育に該当する。
１．プロジェクト実践過程の報告と討議
地域看護学リーダーシップ実習で取り組んだプロジェクトの過程と結果を論理的に説明し、教員等と議論する。（対面・オンライン選択可）
２．プロジェクト実践結果の分析および考察
プロジェクトの実践結果を分析し、エビデンスに基づいて考察を深める。また、実践内容の他への適用および発展の可能性について検討する。
３．修士論文の作成
一連の探究過程の成果をまとめ、修士論文を作成する。

Grading Criteria and Methods
【成績評価の基準】
プロジェクトの一連の探求過程を論理的に説明でき、修士論文としてまとめることができる者には、講義目的・到達目標に記載する能力（知識・技能、思考力、判断力、表現力等）の到達度に基づき、S（90点以上）,Ａ（80点以上）,B（70点以上）,C（60点以上）による成績評価のうえ、単位を付与する。

【成績評価の方法】
課題への取り組み30％、最終論文70％を基準として総合的に評価する。

基本的に授業時間中にフィードバックする。
Precautions and Requirements for Course Registration
地域看護学リーダーシップ実習と併せて履修することが望ましい。
Practical Education
行政保健師と地域看護学研究の経験を有する教員がその専門性をいかして教育するため、実践的教育に該当する。
