【講義目的】
組織看護学リーダーシップ実習におけるプロジェクトを通した課題解決の探究過程を基に組織の課題について考察を深め、論理的に思考し、記述・説明する能力を獲得する。

【到達目標】
①プロジェクトの過程を論理的に説明する。
②一連の探究過程を論文として記述する。
③プロジェクトの実践結果を分析し、エビデンスに基づいて考察を記述する。
④実践内容の他への適用および発展の可能性について説明する。

【講義内容】
看護実践研究Ⅰ教員による個別指導及びグループでの発表と討議により、授業を進める。

生成AIの利用にあたっては「本学教育における生成AIの取り扱いについて」の記載内容について留意すること。生成ＡＩの利用については担当教員の指示に従うこと。教員が認める範囲を超えて生成ＡＩを利用したことが判明した場合は、単位を認定しない、又は認定を取り消すことがある。生成ＡＩの出力した内容について、事実関係の確認や出典・参考文献を確認・追記することが重要である。また、生成ＡＩによる出力結果をそのまま課題・レポートとして提出してはならない。

Grading Criteria and Methods

【成績評価の基準】
プロジェクトの一連の探究過程を論理的に記述でき、論文としてまとめることができる者に単位を授与する。講義目的・到達目標に記載する能力の到達度に応じて、S（90点以上）、A（80点以上）、B（70点以上）、C（60点以上）による成績評価の上、単位を付与する。
【成績評価の方法】
課題の取り組み状況及び討議への参加状況（発言内容）30％と、論文の完成度70％を基準として、総合的に評価する。
