看護サービス提供に関連する研究課題取り上げて、研究を計画・実施し、論文を作成するための能力（論理的思考力・一貫性のある論述）を修得する。
【到達目標】
1．看護サービス提供に関連する研究課題を明確に説明することができる。
2．研究計画を立案することができる。
3．研究を実施し、データ収集ができる。
4．論文を論理的に思考し記述することができる。

Course Overview and Schedule

【講義内容】
看護学特別研究Ⅰ（組織看護学）で行った文献検討と看護学特別研究Ⅱで作成した研究計画を実施する。授業は学生のプレゼンテーションを中心に行う。
＊研究の実施および論文の作成に関する指導は、進捗状況にあわせてグループおよび個人指導の形態により実施する。指導の日程や時間は調整する可能性がある。

生成AIの利用にあたっては「本学教育における生成AIの取り扱いについて」の記載内容について留意すること。生成ＡＩの利用については担当教員の指示に従うこと。教員が認める範囲を超えて生成ＡＩを利用したことが判明した場合は、単位を認定しない、又は認定を取り消すことがある。生成ＡＩの出力した内容について、事実関係の確認や出典・参考文献を確認・追記することが重要である。また、生成ＡＩによる出力結果をそのまま課題・レポートとして提出してはならない。

Grading Criteria and Methods

【成績評価の基準】
得られた結果を倫理的に考察し、一貫性がある修士論文を作成することができた者に単位を授与する。講義目的・到達目標に記載する能力の到達度に応じて、S（90点以上）、A（80点以上）、B（70点以上）、C（60点以上）による成績評価の上、単位を付与する。
【成績評価の方法】
研究の各段階で提出されるデータや分析、結果、考察などの資料30％、最終論文70％を基準に、総合的に評価する。
