Course Objectives and Learning Outcome
【講義目的】
在宅ケアの現状と課題を諸方面から探り，あるべき姿に導く看護サービスについて探究するために必要な科学的方法を検討できる。
【到達目標】
在宅ケアにおける包括的課題および看護サービスの課題を明らかにできる。問題解決ための方策，資源を開発するために必要な手法について検討できる。

Course Overview and Schedule
【講義内容】
在宅ケア・在宅看護に関する文献検討を行い，最新の知見と動向をまとめるとともに，研究課題の設定や研究方法の選択とその概念について検討する。さらに課題解決の方策について探求する。
【授業計画】
1〜5：
在宅ケアにおける包括的課題の探求と看護サービスの課題
在宅ケアを取り巻く環境の成り立ち
医療保健福祉，社会・政治・経済等からみた在宅ケアの現状と課題
在宅ケアの中の看護の現状と課題
6〜10：
在宅ケア，在宅看護に関する研究的取組みの動向
研究課題，研究方法，概念枠組みの検討
11〜15：
課題解決のための施策化・政策提言などの方策や資源の開発に向けた検討

基本的に対面で行うが，合理的な理由により適宜遠隔（オンライン）で実施する。

　この授業においては，授業内，予習復習において生成AIの利用を全面的に許可しており，生成AIの利用について制限を設けないが，生成AIの利用にあたっては「本学の教育における生成AIの取扱いについて（学生向け）」の記載内容について留意すること
　課題・レポート等の作成に際して，教員が認める範囲を超えて生成AI を使用したことが判明した場合は単位を認定しない，または認定を取り消すことがある。生成AIの出力した内容について，事実関係の確認や出典・参考文献を確認・追記することが重要であり，生成AIによる出力結果をそのまま課題・レポートとして提出してはならない。

Grading Criteria and Methods
【成績評価の基準】
講義目的・到達目標に記載する能力の到達度に応じて，S（90点以上），A（80〜89点），B（70〜79点），C（60〜69点）の成績評価を行う。
【成績評価の方法】
授業への取り組み（30％），プレゼンテーション（30％），レポート（40％）を基準として総合的に評価する。
