To learn why management strategy is important, with reference to examples provided by practitioners.

1) To be able to explain the basic theory of management strategy.

Through hearing real-world company cases from practitioners and subsequent group discussions on the management strategies adopted by those companies, students will gain an understanding of management strategy.
