【講義目的】
本講義は、大学院修士課程レベルにおける標準的な財政学の知識を修得することを目的とする。

本講義を通じて、財政学に関連する研究論文を自立的に読み解き、その内容を理解・議論できる能力を身につけることを目標とする。

この授業においては、生成AIの利用を禁止している。
授業内での利用は厳禁であり、違反したことが判明した場合は単位を認定しない、又は認定を取り消すことがある。
「生成AIの利用にかかわらず『本学の教育における生成AIの取扱いについて（学生向け）』の記載内容について留意すること。

Textbook

教科書は使用しない。毎回、授業内容に関する資料を配布する。ただし、配布については、紙媒体ではなく、電子媒体で行う。

Contents and Estimated Time for Pre- and Post- Learning (Preparation and Review)

【予習】関連文献について適宜指示するのでそれを読んで欲しい。また、理論モデルについては、あらかじめ、マクロ経済理論、ミクロ経済理論、経済数学については学部レベルのものは適宜復習してほしい。これらの内容を考慮すると、１週間当たりに換算して５時間ほどを予定している。

Contents of Active Learning

第15回の授業においてはアクティブ・ラーニングを取り入れる。具体的には受講者がプレゼンテーションを行い、ディスカッションを行う。

Grading Criteria and Methods

【成績評価の基準】
財政学関連の研究論文がどの程度読めるようになったか、その能力をどの程度身に着けたかを成績評価の基準とする。

【成績評価の方法】
不定期に課す課題の取り組み状況（25%）＋プレゼンテーション（75%）
不定期に課す課題の取り組み状況とプレゼンテーション内容より評価する。
プレゼンテーションとは受講者により、授業内で取り扱った財政学のテーマから１つを選んでそれについて参考文献などを用いて独自の考察を行ったものについてプレゼンテーション資料を用いて説明するというものである。

Precautions and Requirements for Course Registration

本授業の内容は、制度の説明だけでなく、経済理論などを用いた説明を行うので、学部レベルのマクロ経済学、ミクロ経済学、統計学、経済数学などについては理解した上で履修して欲しい。
