Course Objectives and Learning Outcome
Purpose
This course aims to encourage students to engage in previous research on business administration and to carry out theoretical research.

Intended Outcomes
Students will be able to write academic papers on human resources management.

The main contents of this seminar are organizational behavior and human resource management. We conduct a personalized survey to write an academic paper.

Uses of Generative AI

Precautions for using Generative AI
Students must comply with “Guidelines on the Use of Generative AI in Education at This University (for Students)” when using generative AI.

In this course, the use of generative AI is permitted for all learning activities, including in-class work, preparation and review, and the creation of assignments, reports, and other deliverables. However, students must not submit AI-generated outputs as their own work without appropriate revision. Students are required to verify the accuracy of AI-generated content and to check, add, and clearly indicate relevant sources and references.

Whether disclosure of generative AI use is required in assignments or reports shall follow the instructions of the supervisor.

Contents of Active Learning
Through discussions in the seminar as a whole, I will support the students in their theoretical analysis and consideration. Also, to encourage students to view things logically, from multiple perspectives, and objectively.

Grading System
Give credits with the grades ranging from “S” to “C,” based on the achieved capabilities referred to in “Purpose" & "Intended Outcomes” in this syllabus.

Evaluation of elements
・ Participation in discussions and presentations: 50%
・ End-of-term essay: 50%

How to Disclose Assignments and Exam Results
Feedback on the reports from the exercise will be provided through discussion by the participants and comments from the academic supevisor.
Precautions and Requirements for Course Registration
All of the students should have an interview with the instructor in advance to avoid a mismatch or unfit between the student's interests and what we are doing in the exercise and to hold a better seminar. (Schedule will be announced as appropriate).
