【講義目的】
労働経済学分野における論文執筆に向けて、先行研究を体系的にまとめ、実証研究を行い、投稿論文を完成させることを目的とする。
【到達目標】
１．論文テーマの設定と関連する先行文献を体系的にまとめ、学生自身の論文との違い等を説明できるようになること。
２．実証分析を行うための分析手法を習得し、応用しながら分析を深めること。
３．研究目的に向けてデータを整備し、実証分析を行うこと。
４．投稿論文を完成させること。

Course Overview and Schedule

【講義内容】
投稿論文の完成に向け、自らが関心を持つ分野・テーマにおける先行研究を学生が発表し、内容について議論する。また、データを用いて実証分析を行い、分析手法や結果の解釈について検討する。
【授業計画】
第1〜30回：
先行研究を体系的にまとめる。研究テーマにおける実証分析を進める。論文執筆および改訂を繰り返し、投稿論文を完成させる。

成績評価の基準
　講義目的・到達目標に記載する能力の到達度に応じてS（90点以上）, Ａ（80 点以上）, B（70 点以上）, C（60 点以上）による成績評価のうえ、単位を付与する。

成績評価の方法
　博士論文を構成する論文執筆の進捗度合い（100％）で評価する。
